Last updated: 2 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how EMECH CENTER OÜ (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use our website emechcenter.com, our game Math Warriors, our desktop software (PAFTA, TEKHAT) and our mobile apps (together, the “Services”). We also operate under the brand MEP Center (mep.center, mepcenter.com.tr). We do not sell personal data and we do not show third-party advertising.

2. Math Warriors
2.1 Playing as a guest
You can play Arcade, Bot Duel and Kids Mode without an account. Guest progress (scores, coins, settings) is stored locally on your device or browser.
2.2 Account data
When you create an account we process your username, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), chosen avatar and profile settings. This data is stored on servers operated for us by our hosting provider. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
2.3 Gameplay and social data
For signed-in players we process game results, scores, league rank, coins, unlocked items, pass status, your friends list and chat messages you send. Your username, avatar and rank are visible to other players on leaderboards and in social features. Chat messages may be reviewed when reported, to enforce our community rules. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in providing a fair and safe game (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
2.4 Purchases
Passes and coin packs bought in the Android or iOS app are processed by Google Play or Apple; we receive only a purchase confirmation, never your card details. Purchases made on our website (mep.center) are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we receive your name, email address, billing country and order details, which we keep as required by accounting law.
2.5 Age
Accounts, chat and friends are intended for players aged 13 and over. Kids Mode is designed to be played by children together with a parent and does not require an account. We do not knowingly create accounts for or collect personal data from children under 13; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
2.6 Retention
Account and gameplay data is kept while your account exists. Chat messages are kept for up to 12 months. When you delete your account, your profile, progress, friends list and chat messages are deleted within 30 days, except purchase records we must keep by law.
3. Desktop software (PAFTA, TEKHAT)
Our desktop software runs entirely on your computer. Your drawings and project files are never uploaded to us. For trial and licence activation the software sends us your order email address (when activating), a technical identifier of the computer, the software version and the licence status; this check happens at start-up. We use this only to manage trials and licences and to prevent licence misuse. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Licence records are kept for the life of the licence plus statutory accounting periods.
4. Mobile apps
Our utility apps (such as MEP Toolkit) are designed to work without an account and store your data locally on your device. If an app uses crash reporting or anonymous usage statistics, this will be stated in the app's store listing and used only to keep the app stable. Device permissions (for example the camera) are used only for the feature you activate.
5. Website and support
If you contact us or use a form on this website, we process your name, email address and message in order to reply (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and keep the correspondence for up to 3 years. Our hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, browser, time) for security, deleted after a short period. This website uses only a technically necessary session cookie and loads fonts from Google Fonts.
6. Service providers and transfers
We use processors including our web hosting provider (Hostinger), email provider, payment provider (Stripe) and the app stores (Google, Apple). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls to protect personal data.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email dev@emechcenter.com. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
9. Account deletion
You can delete your Math Warriors account in the app, or request deletion on our account deletion page. See section 2.6 for what is deleted and what is kept.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
